Sponsors also receive access to the exclusive INROADS network of college graduates to meet immediate workforce goals and provide experience, seasoned professionals. To get ready for INROADS, be sure to pursue the following:
(1) Complete the Candidate Prep Session Workshop
(2) Complete a successful Mock Interview
(3) Submit a One-Page Résumé, Unofficial Transcript [all College Juniors or applicants with one summer before graduation are also required to submit an Unofficial Degree Audit].
(4) INROADS Team Member has to approve your résumé for corporate internship sourcing.
