The INROADS Story

After witnessing Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s “I Have A Dream” speech, corporate executive Frank C. Carr was so inspired that he set out “to develop and place talented underserved youth in business and industry and to prepare them for corporate and community leadership.” Carr used his personal relationships with companies and colleagues to  create meaningful, real-world opportunities in corporate industries for underserved youth.
